I am pleased to announce that Oliver Hodge joined Give & Go as Director, Engineering Integration on August 8, reporting to me.
Oliver joins us from Mondelz North America where he held the role of Strategic Project Lead and was most recently responsible for the design and execution of two new production lines in Mondelz’s US manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Oliver has held roles of increasing responsibility within Mondelz Global Engineering as well as confectionary R&D. Over his 25-year career in Engineering, Oliver has overseen projects in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare industries while working for companies such as Weetabix, Pall Corp, TTL and Molins PLC.
In his new role, Oliver will be responsible for leading the Mondelz Engineering Integration program as well as overseeing Give & Gos capital governance process and engineering capability development. Reporting to Oliver will be James Mendoza and Elyse Vaile, as well as a Manager for Capex and Engineering Capability.
