It is with great pleasure that I announce that Aysenur Kozak (pronounced I-sha-nir) has accepted a full-time role with Give & Go moving from Procurement Intern to Sourcing Specialist – Indirect, effective September 25. She will be located at the Marmac facility.
Aysenur has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and has recently completed her studies in Supply Chain Management at Seneca College. She is process-focused and has a data-driven approach to problems and building strategic solutions which is aligned with foundational Procurement Methodology.
Aysenur will be taking on a key role in supporting the needs of the Procurement Sourcing team in gathering data, building complex RFx templates and lending her engineering expertise to our journey in Continuous Improvement. She will be primarily focused on the Indirect space in an effort to support the overall needs of the procurement compliance journey, but also bring necessary change to gain visibility into spend in this space.
On a personal note, in her free time, Aysenur enjoys cooking (experimenting with new recipes), photography (including food photography), and travel. She stays active by going to the gym and practicing yoga to relax. She made the brave move to independently pick up from her homeland of Turkey and make Toronto her home.
Please join me in welcoming Aysenur to Give & Go and wishing her success in her new role. We are excited to have her back on board!
