This year has been filled with many activities to de-risk the business, ensuring the products produced are not only safe to consume, but also meet Quality expectations. We have expanded the scope of two of my team members in that journey, to ensure we continue to develop products that look and taste great for our Customers and Consumers.
With that in mind, Im very pleased to announce two promotions within the quality team: Shannon Butler has been promoted to QA Director and Kim Calamusa has been promoted to Senior QA Compliance Manager.
Shannon has demonstrated an excellent commitment to drive the quality culture change journey focusing on de-risk management and customer confidence. She has proven her ability to build strong teams in Consumer and Customer Relations and Supplier Quality Management, and continuously acts to improve the quality standards in the Kits business. Moreover, she has great people leadership skills and lives the RDQAS values in full.
Kim has shown her successful track record in the development of Corporate Quality policies, HACCP plans and laboratory management. Kim successfully built a Quality Compliance Lead team including quality training and communication. On top of her duties, she took initiatives in digitization, change management and cost savings projects and is the expert in Mondelz quality programs to support the business-wide goal of becoming a MDLZ company.’
